Blended learning for teacher training: benefits, challenges, and recommendations

چکیده

This study examines how blended learning (BL) was used for teacher training and retraining during after the COVID-19 pandemic, based on a systematic analysis of 27 scientific sources from Scopus database. BL is flexible personalized mode that combines face-to-face, synchronous, asynchronous distance methods, as well various ICT tools pedagogical technologies. The identifies main approaches, benefits, challenges implementation in education. It reveals can enhance teachers’ access to resources, communication, interaction, collaboration, reflection, creativity. However, it also requires reliable technology, technical support, adequate both teachers students.
